Triple-R series: LED spotlights
Developed based on the requirements from professional motorsports, the Triple-R Series LED headlights set a new standard. The headlights are available in five sizes ranging from four to 28 LEDs, each with 11 watts of power, and in three finishes. They feature all-aluminum housings in black and optional silver color schemes on some models, a Gore-Tex ventilation membrane and electronic temperature management that allows the individual LEDs to always operate in the optimal power range. The special vacuum-metallized reflectors further increase the optical efficiency. The front is made of almost indestructible polycarbonate.

The spot light emission has been optimized for maximum range in accordance with the requirements of rally and endurance motorsport, where driving takes place at very high speeds, by means of reflectors specially shaped for each individual LED. While the ST and T series headlights also illuminate the roadside directly in front of the vehicle, the Triple R headlights are optimized for range and only achieve maximum lateral illumination from about half the range. However, compared to the hybrid light emission of the ST and T series, this results in up to five times the brightness value at peak.

Due to the mounting position of the LEDs and the indirect radiation via the hat reflectors, there are fewer vertical changes in the light cone while driving. This results in better visibility in rain or fog compared to conventional headlights with LEDs in the center of the reflector. Careful tuning of the light temperature results in sharper contrast boundaries and improves visibility.

Triple-R Elite Series
The ultimate street-legal auxiliary headlamp from Lazer Lamps, the Triple-R (750, 850, 100 unb 1250) Elite, 3rd generation, benefits from improved LEDs and optics. This technology has been shared in the company's 2018/9 WRC lighting solutions. The result is a unique automotive lighting experience, without compromising light performance or reliability, and with the optimized light distribution using the latest CAD design and light simulation software. Developed based on requirements from professional motorsports, the Triple-R series LED headlights set a new standard.

Despite the relatively modest proportions of the Triple-R 1250 Elite, the product only achieves E-marking through the introduction of dual-output E-boost technology. In E-boost mode, the lamp uses 13860 lumens to 0.25 lux at 1500 meters. The impressive distance illumination is matched by a left/right light distribution that is noticeably improved with the 3rd generation Elite, providing an exceptionally comfortable night riding experience, whether onroad, offroad or on the trail.

Triple-R (Gen2)

The iconic Triple-R series is upgraded for 2020/21. Featuring the latest high-efficiency LED technology, the Triple-R is a high-performance driving light that delivers a spot beam pattern suitable for both on- and off-road applications. Subtle styling updates have resulted in a clean contemporary design, with a more aggressive edge to match the aesthetic design on modern vehicles. With the ability to connect a white or amber position light function, the styling and safety benefits of the Second Generation Triple-R series are further enhanced.

The headlights have a width of 590 mm, a height of 73 mm and a depth of 105 mm. The weight is approximately 2.4 kg.

They are mounted using a central, sliding bracket that can be mounted at the top or bottom. A side mounting kit is optionally available.
The connection cable has a length of 70 cm, plugs are included. Optional connection cable kits are available.

ECE approval
Triple-R 750 through Triple-R 1250 models are approved as driving lamps under ECE regulations. Unique for an approved headlight is the E-Boost technology implemented on Triple-R Elite (750, 850, 1000 and 1250) models, an innovation found for the first time in the world on Lazer Lamps headlights. Outside of public road traffic, the headlight can be switched to full power by plugging in the so-called Boost Cap. The range is then increased by up to 1500 meters, depending on the model. Due to the flexible configuration of the headlights, they can be used both as legal driving lights and as LED light bars. The installation of an additional light bar can be omitted.

The Triple-R headlights with position light are also approved as position lights and driving lights in accordance with ECE regulations.

Reed lenses
If required, the beam angle of the Triple-R headlights can be increased from 5° to 10° to 30°, depending on the model, with the attachment lenses called Reeded Lenses. This means that the headlamps can be used both on the road and off-road, for example, where a wider beam is required. If, for example, four headlights are mounted both horizontally and vertically as cornering lights on rally vehicles, then two reed lenses can be used to illuminate the dark zones resulting from the mounting.
The Reeded Lens is made of acrylic glass, covers 4 LEDs and is attached with clips. A gasket prevents dirt and water from getting between the attachment lens and the headlight glass. The Reeded Lens can also be mounted on headlamps with more than 4 LEDs, giving them a hybrid beam profile.

Yellow attachment lenses
Yellow light provides better visibility in fog, rain and snowfall. The reason for this is the approx. 15% reduction in self-glare due to the reduction of the short-wave blue and violet light components, as these are refracted more strongly than the longer-wave yellow light components.

The yellow attachment lenses are made of acrylic glass, cover 4 LEDs and are attached with four clips. A seal prevents dirt and water from getting between the attachment lens and the headlight glass. The attachment lenses can also be mounted on headlamps with more than 4 LEDs and then give them a hybrid beam profile, depending on the model mounted.

Mounting
The Lazer Easy Mount system allows the lamps to be mounted in three different ways: upright, suspended and sideways. The spotlights are waterproof according to IP67.

Lazer Lamps provides a 5-year warranty on the spotlights.
