Product information "Diesel Partikelfilter EVO C D3, D4 & RRS - Cordierit Langstrecke"

There are 2 variants of DPF:

DPF EVO S and DPF EVO C. The difference lies in the monolite substrate: The S variant contains silicon carbide, the C variant cordierite.

With silicon carbide, the working temperature and the melting point are higher. These two properties are decisive when the DPF has to regenerate when the particulate load is too high. Therefore, the diesel particulate filter EVO S is more suitable for short distances.

The cordierite version is more for vehicles in long-distance operation, where the filter is exposed to an even soot load.

Not for Discovery 3 with unregulated DPF!

Not a cheap copy! The diesel particulate filters are manufactured by our partner and correspond in their function exactly to the OEM part sold by Land Rover. Only much cheaper.

Please specify the model & year of the car (Discovery 3, Discovery 4 or Range Rover Sport) when ordering!
