When folded up, the Thule Foothill car roof tent is only 61 cm wide and therefore only half the size of most roof tents on the market. Despite its compact travel size, the pitched tent offers just as much interior space as a conventional 2-person tent. To pitch it, simply unfold the tent and extend the telescopic poles. When folded, the low-profile tent construction is only 24 cm higher than the roof rack. This makes for a more aerodynamic profile and takes up less space in the garage for the tent in the off-season.
