PUSHrack Plus Arm

The Plus Arm was developed for panel vans with attached windows, such as on many Fiat Ducato or Citröen Jumper vans, but it has two major advantages overall:

A plus in distance:
6-7cm more distance to the vehicle. This means significantly more space between the handlebars and windows. So you don't have to worry about unwanted contact.

A plus in stability:
The support to the top edge of the door completely eliminates any twisting of the rail due to the weight of the bike. This significantly improves the stability of C-rails (Thule/Fiamma), which are often not optimally bonded.

Who is the Plus Arm for?

- The Plus Arm is required for panel vans with attached (protruding) windows

- For e-bikes over 20 kg, it significantly improves stability, but is not absolutely necessary. Please note that this does not increase the maximum bike weight per holder of 25 kg.

- For older or possibly poorly bonded C-rails (Thule/Fiamma), the Plus Arm can significantly increase stability and therefore safety.

- For bikes with strongly curved handlebars (up to approx. 70mm rise), the Plus Arm can create enough space to mount such bikes.

Which Plus Arm do I need?

The Plus Arm is available in 3 different lengths. The length you need depends on the distance between the top rail and the top edge of the door.

The silver clamp has 3 positions for mounting, so the length is given as a range (from - to).

- L1: 225 - 275 mm (mostly suitable for VW Crafter / Mercedes Sprinter)

- L2: 275 - 325 mm (Mostly suitable for Fiat Ducato / Citröen Jumper / Peugeot Boxer in height H2 (height 2.5 m))

- L3: 525 - 575 mm (Mostly suitable for Fiat Ducato / Citröen Jumper / Peugeot Boxer in height H3 (height 2.7 m))

Installation:
The Plus Arm is mounted between the rail and the bike holder, can be retrofitted and removed again without leaving any residue.

1x arm, 1x clamp, 1x sticker for clamp, 1x screw set

The Plus Arm is made of black powder-coated aluminum except for the clamp on the door edge. The clamp is made of stainless steel.
