Thule is known for always offering top solutions! Thule even makes crash tests with the carriers. The special thing is that Thule parts are absolutely safe when used properly.

After Thule also builds the OEM carrier for Land Rover New Defender, it was obvious at some point that they will also show a universal carrier. Suitable with the appropriate foot adapters for virtually any vehicle.

Caprock platforms are absolutely flexible. The floor rails are infinitely adjustable, so that every conceivable position can be taken. In addition, you can insert sliding blocks on 3 sides. You can also use the floor rails without border and would have 1-3 crossbars for an individual use. Further, all Thule accessories fit perfectly on the carrier. Also the installation of Thule awnings is virtually plug-and-play.

Do you have different vehicles or buy another, then you "only" need the matching foot adapter and can simply continue to use the carrier.

Due to the diffuser, the carrier is quite quiet. Depending on the use, you can get rubber lips to close the grooves, then it will be even quieter.

I had the 2023 carrier on my New Defender during our Montenegro tour. It is a vehicle that is very quiet in itself, so it is important to me that I can also listen to an audio book properly on long journeys to the site, in this case over 1,500 km. This was absolutely given. Thanks to its infinitely variable adjustment options, I was able to place it in such a way that the load was optimally distributed on the roof. Whether on fast slopes with hard knocks or off-road, there were no problems at all. So highly recommended!
